Sustainability

Sustainability

It is no secret that the events sector is notoriously unsustainable. This provides us with an opportunity to do so much better.

We will never claim to be a sustainable organisation, nonetheless we are working with our clients and supply chain partners to create a positive impact on our local economy, society and most importantly the environment.

We have 5 sustainability priorities.

01

Cajole our Clients and Suppliers

As fabricators, we receive designs from creative agencies that have already been approved by a global brand. This makes it harder to apply sustainable design and fabrication principles retroactively. We therefore must engage our clients first and foremost, as well as our supply chain to ensure we can bring their renders to reality using more climate conscious materials and in a more efficient manner.

Why is this important? As fabricators, we receive designs from creative agencies that have already been approved by a global brand. Take Climate Change Seriously

We are in a climate crisis and it is the responsibility of every company to take meaningful action.

Why is this important? As fabricators, we receive designs from creative agencies that have already been approved by a global brand. This makes it harder to apply sustainable design and fabrication principles retroactively. We therefore must engage our clients first and foremost, as well as our supply chain to ensure we can bring their renders to reality using more climate conscious materials and in a more efficient manner.

Use Better Materials and Waste Less

Material use creates 61% of our overall carbon emissions, we also create a significant amount of waste due to the nature of the bespoke set builds we work on.

Be a Safe and Fun Place to Work

No one wants to be injured, or god forbid work somewhere that is unwelcoming or boring.

Invest in our Neighbourhood

What goes around, comes around - so investing in our local community is a no brainer. This means using local suppliers, recruiting locally and supporting charities and associations that better the community.
